After advancing from apprentice to Foreman, Project Manager, and Senior Estimator, he developed a practical understanding of how to plan complex work and deliver it successfully in the field. Dane leads company operations, estimating, safety, workforce development, and project execution, giving customers experienced oversight from initial scope review through final closeout.
